The Interim Director program is for non-profit organizations in transition, who need an interim Executive Director.

Instead of immediately replacing your outgoing Executive Director, you get a team of experts to run your organization for a designated period of time (usually 1 to 2 years).

This team not only analyses your organization from every angle, they initiate the improvements that need to take place in order for your organization to prosper.

From board development, fund-raising, and marketing to infrastructure systems, staff training, web development and social networking, we have the experts to support your transition and put your organization on track.

Our experts have experience in every aspect of Non-Profit operations. Many have been Executive Directors in other organizations or have consulted to a variety of organizations in both the non-profit and profit sectors of business.
