Founder and CEO of Paradigm Fox LLC
Robert Campbell

Robert Campbell is dedicated to developing leadership skills in both profit and non-profit organizations.
 
Mr. Campbell has held the positions of Creative Director of Marketing and Manager E-Business Acquisitions for GE Capital’s Card Services Division. He was co-inventor of the GEIGS system (GE Internet Global Source), a web based global procurement system.

He is currently the creative force behind Paradigm Fox’s unique approach to rapid organizational change and champion building. He has extensive leadership development experience in both the private, government and not-for-profit sectors. His clients range from fortune 50 companies like Honeywell International, Rhodia International and GE, to small and medium sized companies and entrepreneurs.

As a Peer Advisor for the Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism, he has coached a number of arts organizations including the CT Storytelling Society, Curtain Call Theatre Company, the Fairfield Arts Council, the Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County, Art Place, The Discovery Museum, The Fairfield Theater Company and The Mystic Arts Center.

His expertise encompasses leadership, board development, strategic vision and mission planning, enhanced web 2.0 development, six sigma organizational process design, articulate database design and creative marketing.

Mr. Campbell has coached well over 200 individuals and groups throughout the US.

Mr Campbell was trained in Management and Leadership at GE’s Executive Training Center in Croatenville NY.
He has studied Web Development & Design at United Digital Artist in NYC.
He is certified in Six Sigma process analysis, improvement and design.

He is broadcast certified by Telemedia/Comcast.

His eclectic background includes studying Performance Aesthetics & Artistic Product Development with Marcel Marceau in NYC, New York and Performance Dynamics, Playwriting and Production for five years with the American Mime Theater - NYC, New York.             

Robert has travelled extensively throughout Europe and North Africa playing flute and performing with different theatre companies. He founded and successfully ran the Silent Theatre Mime Troupe for twelve years.

Arthur R. Campbell, Ph.D., BCBA

Dr. Campbell received his doctorate in psychology from the University of Kansas in 1992 and has been employed in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 25 years.  Dr. Campbell is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has served as a consultant to the United States Department of Justice for several years.  In addition, Dr. Campbell has presented well over 100 training and motivational workshops, symposiums, and lectures in the areas of staff training and supervision, behavioral motivation and theory, and management strategies throughout the United States, China, and Kuwait.

Charles A. Boudreau, Ph.D.


Dr. Boudreau received his doctorate in psychology from the University of Kansas in 1992 and has been employed in the field of organizational behavioral management for over 25 years.  He has published articles in the areas of organizational behavior management with a particular focus on cost reduction strategies in the workplace. His area of research is designing methods to reduce the cost of unplanned absenteeism in organizational settings.

Laine Harris


Mr. Harris is a seasoned veteran in the field of transformational executive coaching.  He has worked with senior executives in fields as diverse as construction and multi-national banking.  Specifically, Mr. Harris works with his clients to produce a level of results that have seemed out of reach.  By working to shift the clients perspective, he is able to open up new approaches to the perceived problems. Clients find Mr. Harris’s  approach challenging, stimulating and highly effective.

Dorothy Gill Raymond, JD

 
With twenty years experience as the chief legal officer for two different corporations, Mrs. Raymond now offers her expertise in creating business processes and developing successful compliance programs for businesses.  From procedures to protect confidential information and intellectual property to dispute resolution, from antitrust compliance programs to procedures for third party product testing, Mrs. Raymond provides practical, real-world advice to businesses interested in establishing collaborative and long-term relationships.
 
Mrs. Raymond has served as Adjunct Professor for the University of Colorado School of Law, lecturing on Intellectual Property Law and has spoken nationally on a wide variety of topics relating to antitrust and technology-related legal matters.   She holds a law degree from the University of Colorado and an undergraduate degree (summa cum laude) from the University of Denver. She is a member of the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Colorado and Connecticut.
